This successful engagement delivered the strategic business & marketing expertise that leveraged the VC funded merger of the Optic Vision and Silent Knight businesses. My first task was to develop strategic marketing and communications plans, and to name, design and develop a brand strategy for the new business that ‘creates the perception of a well-established enterprise business’. I then wrote content for and developed a website to support management and shareholder ambitions . A newly positioned and branded Overtis accelerated strongly despite global recession.
